1. Participation & Assumption of Risk

By taking part in the Sightseeing Quest, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating in a self-guided activity that involves walking around public spaces.
• You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any children or individuals under your supervision.
• You understand that the activity may involve navigating uneven terrain, stairs, roads, weather conditions, and other environmental factors.

You assume all risks associated with your participation, including (but not limited to) accidents, injuries, or property damage.

2. Personal Responsibility

Participants in the Sightseeing Quest must:

• Follow all local laws and pedestrian regulations.
• Stay aware of their surroundings, particularly in busy or traffic-prone areas.
• Avoid causing disruption to the public or to participating businesses.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

3. Health & Accessibility

The Sightseeing Quest is designed to be completed on foot over approximately 90 minutes and may not be suitable for all physical abilities. If you have any concerns about your health or ability to complete the Sightseeing Quest, please consult a medical professional before participating.

4. Weather & Environmental Conditions

The Sightseeing Quest takes place outdoors. You are responsible for ensuring you are appropriately dressed and prepared for varying weather conditions.

5. No Liability

Seven Crescents Ltd (the organiser and parent company of Sightseeing Quest), its partners, affiliates, and associated businesses are not responsible for:

• Any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the Sightseeing Quest.
• Any delays, alterations, or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, closures, etc.).
• Any property damage or loss that occurs during the activity.

Your participation is entirely at your own risk.

6. Use of Materials

Sightseeing Quest materials (including sheet with map, pen and digital content) are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from Seven Crescents Ltd.

7. No Affiliation

The Sightseeing Quest is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the relevant local council or any official tourism authority. Participation does not grant access to any private or restricted locations.

8. Refund Policy

Once purchased via 'SCAN, PAY & RECIEVE MAP KEY' method after picking up in a partner store, the Sightseeing Quest is non-refundable, except where there has been a problem on our end and your statutory rights apply. Online purchases where unused are able to returned in line with our 'Delivery, Collection and Returns' policy.

9. Partner Locations

Sightseeing Quest materials may be picked up from a number of independent businesses across our locations including Bath (“Partner Locations”). These Partner Locations are not owned, operated, or controlled by Seven Crescents Ltd (Parent company of Sightseeing Quest).

• Seven Crescents Ltd accepts no responsibility for the actions, conditions, or premises of any Partner Location.
• Any interaction you have with these Partner Locations is at your own discretion and risk.
• Seven Crescents Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident that may occur while visiting or collecting materials from a Partner Location.
• Any issues related to service, staff, or premises at Partner Locations should be addressed directly with the business involved.
